Mental health support should be flexible and accessible. Our virtual and telephone counselling services make it possible to connect from anywhere in Ontario — whether at home, work, or in a rural or remote community. Sessions are secure, confidential, and held to the same professional standards as in-person care.

Led by Jamie McIntyre, MSW, RSW, member of the Manitoba Métis Federation, services are relational, culturally responsive, and tailored to your goals. We support clients 12+ with concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, burnout, and life transitions.

Choose from:

Virtual Counselling – video sessions with face-to-face connection.

Telephone Counselling – simple, voice-only sessions, ideal for privacy or limited internet.

Hybrid Options – a blend of in-person, phone, or video, depending on your needs.

Virtual and telephone services are covered by most extended health insurance plans and are eligible for direct billing through NIHB for First Nations and Inuit clients.
