Experiential Wellness Group

These therapy-informed groups blend mindfulness, movement, creative expression, and nature-based activities to support emotional wellness, social connection, and personal growth. Guided by trained facilitators, participants of all ages explore coping skills, self-awareness, and communication through hands-on, experiential learning in a supportive group setting.


Non-Clinical Learning, Growth & Recreation

Features nature-based recreation, creative activities, and farm experiences that build confidence, coping skills, and connection. Through art, movement, mindfulness, and time with horses, participants practice emotional regulation and social skills in a supportive, engaging setting.

Jamie is passionate about helping people cultivate healthy relationships. Her approach is warm and non-judgmental. She is an unbiased listener who strives to develop a strong alliance with her clients, so they feel comfortable with the therapeutic process. She assists individuals by helping them to improve their communication skills, set healthy boundaries, identify patterns and address intergenerational trauma. Her scope of practice currently includes anger, anxiety, grief, depression and relationship issues.

Jamie helps her clients find balance, peace of mind and hope for the future by assisting them to develop coping strategies and manage emotional pressures more effectively. Care plans are created collaboratively to meet the needs of the whole person to facilitate healing, wellbeing and growth.
